Saiba como usar cristais na meditação!

O simples ato de contemplação de um cristal já é em si um uma experiência meditativa de alta efetividade, através dessa post, saiba como usar cristais na meditação e atingir o estado de relaxamento.

Em primeiro lugar, você pode preparar o local em que irá fazer a meditação de forma que você se sinta confortável, livre e protegido. Em seguida, relaxe e tenha o seu cristal em mãos.

Segure o cristal com ambas as mãos, acariciando-o até sentir passar a frieza inicial e natural da pedra. Sinta sua superfície e comece a girá-lo devagar, parando um pouco em cada posição e notando as nuances de cor, luz e formato tanto na superfície quanto na parte interna do cristal, caso a pedra escolhida tenha transparência.

Repare em todos detalhes, tente sentir a conexão da energia entre você e o cristal. Depois de observá-lo prestando atenção em cada detalhe, feche os olhos e permita que lhe cheguem pensamentos, visualizações, símbolos e sensações.

Passe alguns minutos nesse estágio e aproveite cada momento. Em seguida, anote tudo o que sentiu e observou para poder comparar com meditações futuras usando a mesma ou outras pedras.

Quando fizer uma meditação que envolve quaisquer pedras dos chakras, uma dica é acrescentar junto uma pedra de ancoramento, como por exemplo a Hematita.
